Scotchy is a very sweet boy that is looking for a wife and a family that will love him forever. His previous owners are unknown because he was a stray. While in the care of this rescue he has welcomed being petted. He ended up in a local humane society that was going to put him down because he had trouble with his poop being impacted often. The cause of the impaction was his large testicles, which are not a problem anymore since he was neutered.
